Item Release
Prevents selected use-item release actions from being sent immediately.
Item Release maintains item-use state by filtering the release action for supported held items. The current interface exposes no additional controls.
Behavior
Enable the module to use its current item-release policy. Disable it to return release handling to the vanilla client.
Because there are no settings in the current GUI, the module page is intentionally short and does not duplicate explanatory text inside Phase.
